At Paint Outlets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement projects. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened paint cans and unused supplies within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that liquid containers are sealed tightly and cushioned to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
